Aggie Football (Oct 2011)

Andy decided during the summer he needed to come to an Aggie football game. We started looking around for a good game and decided the Baylor game in October would be a good game. During the week it took for us to decide where we wanted to sit (I didn't want to be in the upper deck nose bleed section), the prices escalated $15 and we were required to go up to the 23rd row in Section 501! Andy arrived on Friday and completed a few chores at Joe's house and Kathy's. Jeff and Cindy Muessig joined us for the trip down to CS. The 'kids' met us at Rudy's for dinner - Jeni (2012), Will (2015) and Donald. Andy's son, Donald, drove up from Rockport for the weekend. Game day started early with a quick trip to CC Creations for tshirts before the 11 a.m. kickoff. Kathy waited for David and Nancy McCullough as they struggled to find a parking place. It was a great game - outstanding half time as always and a great score at the end of the game - Aggies 55 and Baylor 28 - Whoop! The Kanes had dinner at Johnny Carino's with the McCulloughs before we headed back to Jeni's house for the Rangers game. We headed back to DFW on Sunday morning and Donald headed back to Rockport. Great weekend and we've all agreed we should do it again next year!
