I stopped at Magnolia Market at the Silos in Waco, Texas, and picked up some cupcakes to take to Sunnyvale and Denison. I am sure there is a lot to do on this city block during the weekends.

I visited Crater of Diamonds State Park in the afternoon to see the exhibits and had planned to return the next day to try my hand at mining; however, it was cold and raining so I headed an hour east to soak in the hot tubs instead.

Sunset at the free campground at the entrance to Hurricane Lake Wildlife Management Area, Bald Knob, Arkansas. I bailed just after 11pm when a stranger walked up to the car and peaked inside.

Too bad the backroads were closed at Hurricane Lake Wildlife Management Area as it looks like it would have been a great place to explore. Bald Knob, Arkansas
